    • 摘要: 通过对国内超过100多家煤矿的调研,总结了目前煤矿供电智能化及无人值守建设存在的主要问题,分析了这些问题给煤矿安全带来的安全隐患,同时提出了针对性的“六位一体”解决方案,采用该方案可实现全方位防越级跳闸(包括短路防越级、开关拒动防越级、电压波动防越级以及定值不匹配防越级等)、接地故障精确选线(准确率100%)、低压漏电精确选漏(准确率100%)、漏电远程一键试验以及全面的远程控制等功能。

       

      Abstract: Through the investigation of more than 100 domestic mines, the main problems of the current mine power supply intelligence and unmanned construction are summarized, and the hidden safety hazards brought by these problems to mine safety are analyzed. At the same time, the “six integration” targeted solution is proposed, which can provide a more comprehensive reference for the intelligent power supply and unattended construction of coal mines. This solution is conducive to realize all-round anti-overstep tripping (including short circuit to prevent leap-level, switch rejection to prevent leap-level, voltage fluctuation to prevent leap-level and fixed value mismatch to prevent leap-level, etc.), accurate grounding fault line selection (accuracy rate 100%), low voltage leakage accurate leakage selection (accuracy rate 100%), leakage remote key test and comprehensive remote control and other functions.
