    Design of coal mine rescue robot based on 5G technology control

    • 摘要: 设计了一种以行星轮为特点的运动机构,通信系统采用5G技术的煤矿救援机器人;利用行星轮结构紧凑的大功率传动特点,可以提高煤矿救援机器人在未知环境中的垂直越障能力;利用5G网络,能快速传输机器人监测的视频、语音、所困矿工位置和障碍等信号,有助于救援人员及时了解井下情况并制定出科学的救援方案,提高救援效率和成功率。

       

      Abstract: A kind of coal mine rescue robot with planetary wheel as movement mechanism and 5G technology as communication system is designed. The vertical obstacle-surmounting ability of coal mine rescue robot in unknown environment can be improved by using the high-power transmission characteristic of compact planetary gear structure. By using 5G network, the signals such as video, voice, the position of trapped miners and obstacles can be quickly transmitted, which is helpful for rescuers to know the underground situation in time and to work out a scientific rescue plan, which can improve the rescue efficiency and success rate.
