    Influence of slot parameters of wall-attached air duct on dust control effect of fully mechanized mining face

    • 摘要: 为明确附壁风筒条缝位置、宽度和压抽比对综掘面控尘效果的影响,运用FLUENT软件对建立的长压短抽式通风综掘巷道模型进行数值模拟。结果表明:随着附壁风筒条缝与迎头距离增大,巷道空间粉尘浓度先减小后增大,当条缝距迎头13 m时,旋流风幕将粉尘集中控制在迎头6 m范围内,综掘机司机处粉尘浓度下降到120 mg/m3,风幕控尘起效;条缝宽度会影响旋流分风的风速,条缝越宽,旋流风速越大,但条缝宽度超过0.1 m时,反而会抑制旋流风幕控尘作用,当条缝宽度为0.05 m时,抽风筒口积聚的大量粉尘被抽离巷道,综掘机司机不受粉尘干扰;随着压抽比变大,巷道内粉尘浓度先减后增,压抽比为1.0时,压风筒高速射流被抽风筒全部吸收,粉尘被有效控制在迎头,巷道无粉尘扩散,控尘效果最佳。

       

      Abstract: In order to clarify the influence of the slit position, slit width and pressure extraction ratio of the wall-attached air duct on the dust control effect of the fully mechanized face, the FLUENT software is used to numerically solve the established long-pressure short-draft ventilation roadway model. The results show that with the increase of the distance between the slit of the attached air duct and the head-on, the dust concentration in the tunnel space decreases first and then increases. When the slit distance is 13 m head-on, the cyclone air curtain will control the dust concentration within 6 m head-on, the dust concentration at the driver of the comprehensive excavator will drop to 120 mg/m3, and air curtain dust control is effective. The width of the slit will affect the wind speed of the cyclone split wind. The wider the slit is, the greater the wind speed of the cyclone is. However, when the slit width exceeds 0.1 m, it will inhibit the dust control effect of the cyclone air curtain. When the width of the slit is 0.05 m, a large amount of dust collected at the mouth of the exhaust pipe is drawn away from the roadway, the driver of the comprehensive excavator is not disturbed by the dust. As the pressure extraction ratio becomes larger, the dust concentration of the tunnel decreases first and then increases. When the pressure extraction ratio is 1.0, the high-speed jet of the compressed air cylinder is completely absorbed by the exhaust cylinder, the dust is effectively controlled to the head, there is no dust diffusion in the roadway, and the dust control effect is the best.
