    • 摘要: 露天煤矿生产过程中,经常遇到煤质自然指标值不同的煤层同时开采的情况,针对此现象,可以通过煤质均衡来提高企业的市场竞争力,从而获得更大的经济效益。通过对煤质自然指标的分析,针对确定和未确定煤炭销售目的的矿石,结合实际销售计划,运用主观和客观相结合的赋权方法确定各自然煤质指标的权重,准确得到煤质自然指标对煤质的影响程度;通过改进后的VIKOR算法,建立产煤用途选择评价模型,得出未确定煤炭销售目的露天矿的最优产煤用途,对煤质自然指标和露天矿生产指标进行优先级排序,同时建立约束方程和目标函数,求解得到一定时间内最优的开采范围,从而保证在指导正常生产的情况下实现煤质均衡的目标。

       

      Abstract: During the production of open pit coal mine, coal seams with different natural index values of coal quality are often mined at the same time. In view of this phenomenon, the market competitiveness of enterprises can be improved through the balance of coal quality, so as to obtain greater economic benefits. Through the analysis of the natural index of coal quality, aiming at the ore whose coal sales purpose is determined or not determined, combined with the actual sales plan, the weight of each natural index of coal quality is determined by the method of subjectivity and objectivity, and the influence degree of the natural index of coal quality on the coal quality is accurately obtained. Through the improved VIKOR algorithm, the evaluation model of coal production use selection is established, and the optimal coal production use of open pit mine with undetermined coal sales purpose is obtained. The coal quality natural index and the production index of the open pit mine were prioritized, and the constraint equation and objective function were established to obtain the optimal mining range within a certain period of time, so as to ensure the realization of the goal of coal quality balance under the guidance of normal production.
