    Design and application of on-line monitoring system for borehole group in coal mine

    • 摘要: 设计了煤矿井下钻孔群在线监测系统,开发了基于全数据分析法的钻孔群数据处理软件。矿井钻孔群在线监测系统利用随钻轨迹仪测量钻孔轨迹,利用水压传感器测量钻孔深度,借助矿井工业环网实现钻场钻孔测量数据的实时上传,利用地面钻孔群数据处理软件快速定位钻场孔群轨迹及终孔落点,准确判定钻进盲区及钻孔与煤层的位置关系。试验表明:煤矿井下钻孔群在线监测系统运行稳定,数据处理简单有效,钻孔群轨迹及煤层位置的三维显示直观明了。

       

      Abstract: The online monitoring system of coal mine borehole group is designed, and the drilling group data processing software based on full data analysis method is developed. The on-line monitoring system of the mine drilling group uses the trajectory while drilling instrument to measure the drilling track, uses the water pressure sensor to measure the depth of the drilling hole, realizes the real-time uploading of the drilling field borehole measurement data with the help of the mine industrial ring network, and uses the ground drilling group data processing software to quickly locate the hole group track and final hole drop point of the drilling field, and accurately determine the drilling blind area and the position relationship between the drilling hole and the coal seam. The test shows that the online monitoring system of borehole group in coal mine is stable, the data processing is simple and effective, and the three-dimensional display of drilling group track and coal seam position is intuitive and clear.
