    Key technology of split-type slitting drill rig with double-arm for mine

    • 摘要: 为提高切顶卸压沿空留巷技术中预裂爆破孔的施工效率,研发了一款体积小、移动灵活、巷道适应性强、施工效率高的矿用分体式双臂切缝钻机,并对钻机的稳定性、功率匹配、回转器、给进装置及变幅机构等关键技术进行了研究。试验表明:钻机结构设计合理,液压系统性能可靠,满足煤矿井下预裂爆破孔的施工要求。

       

      Abstract: In order to improve the construction efficiency of pre-splitting blasting borehole in the technology of gob-side entry retaining by the way of roof cutting and pressure release, a split-type double-arm seam cutting drill for mining is developed, which is small in volume, flexible in movement, strong in tunnel adaptability and high in construction efficiency. The key technologies of stability, power matching, gyrator, feeding device and luffing mechanism were researched. The test shows that the structure design of the drilling rig is reasonable and the performance of hydraulic system is reliable, and meets the construction requirements of pre-splitting blast borehole in coal mines.
