    掘锚一体机机载锚杆钻机的研制

    Development of bolting machine on anchor excavator machine

    • 摘要: 为提高掘进工作面锚杆支护作业的施工效率,研发了一款主要为掘锚一体机配套用机载锚杆钻机;钻机结构尺寸紧凑,与掘锚机配套适用性强,可实现多角度钻孔施工,具有调角速度快、钻孔效率高等优点;对钻机的给进装置、回转器及液压系统3个关键部分的设计进行了研究。试验表明:钻机结构设计合理,能满足掘锚一体机的锚杆支护快速施工。

       

      Abstract: In order to improve the construction efficiency of anchor bolting in coal mine roadway heading face, a compact size and well-adapted bolting machine on anchor excavator machine was developed, which can realize multi-angle drilling construction, and has the advantages of fast angle adjusting speed and high drilling efficiency. Three key parts including feeding mechanism, gyrator, and the hydraulic system are studied. The test shows that the drilling rig is designed reasonably and can meet the requirements of fast construction of bolt support of anchor excavator machine.
