    • 摘要: 介绍了红阳二矿主井提升机闸间隙监测保护装置技术改造和系统实现;系统采用高精度激光位移传感器,对闸瓦闸间隙、闸瓦磨损值、弹簧疲劳和闸盘偏摆等位移信号进行检测,转换成4~20 mA电流信号传输给PLC的模拟输入端口,PLC对数据进行实时读取、分析、换算,转换为便于显示的数值,超过设定值发出声光报警信号。实际应用证明了装置具有灵敏度高、抗干扰能力强、工作可靠等技术特点。

       

      Abstract: This paper introduces the technical transformation and system realization of the hoister gap monitoring and protection device in Hongyang No.2 Coal Mine. Through the high-precision laser displacement sensor, we detected displacement signals, such as brake clearance, brake wear value, spring fatigue and brake disc deflection, to convert into 4-20 mA current signal to transmit to the PLC analog input port. PLC can read, analyze and convert the data in real time, and convert it into numerical value which is easy to display. Sound and light alarm signal is sent when the set value is exceeded. The practical application proves that the device has the technical characteristics of high sensitivity, strong anti-interference ability and reliable operation.
