    • 摘要: 物联网在煤矿安全信息获取、传递、存储、应用方式上的革命性变化引起煤矿安全监管方式和运行方式发生巨大改变,进而对现行安全监管体系提出变革要求。总结了物联网应用在煤矿安全监管中的特点,剖析了其对安全监管体系的组织结构、运行机制和监察方式的新要求,提出了物联网环境下的监管体系变革方向和原则,并从组织结构、运行机制和监管方式3个方面提出了具体的完善和建议。

       

      Abstract: The revolutionary changes of the Internet of Things in the acquisition, transmission, storage and application of coal mine safety information lead to great changes in the way of coal mine safety supervision and operation, and then put forward reform requirements for the current safety supervision system. We summarize the characteristics of Internet of things application in coal mine safety regulation, analyze the new requirements on the organizational structure, operation mechanism and supervision mode of the safety supervision system, put forward the direction and principles of regulatory system reform under the environment of Internet of Things, and put forward specific reform levels and suggestions from three aspects of organizational structure, operation mechanism and regulatory mode.
