    Prevention and control of gas hazard in close coal seam group under ultra-thick oil shale

    • 摘要: 针对上覆巨厚油页岩近距离煤层群瓦斯逸散困难、煤层间距近、煤层瓦斯压力和含量大、存在煤与瓦斯突出危险可能性、首采煤层瓦斯涌出量较大的特点,以依兰矿区为例,采用确定煤层开采顺序、消除首采工作面的突出危险、解决回采工作面瓦斯超限的瓦斯治理总体思路;提出利用底抽巷施工穿层钻孔预抽煤巷条带瓦斯+顺层钻孔抽采回采区域瓦斯的消突方法,采用定向钻孔以孔代巷(或高抽巷)+采空区埋管+底抽巷钻孔抽采回采区间采动影响瓦斯的抽采方法的抽采方法,从消突和防超限2个角度解决上覆巨厚油页岩近距离煤层群瓦斯防治问题。

       

      Abstract: Aiming at the characteristics that the overlying thick oil shale near coal seam group gas escape is difficult, coal seam spacing is close, the coal seam gas pressure and content is large, there is the possibility of coal and gas outburst danger, the first coal seam gas emission is large, taking Yilan Mining Area as an example, the general idea of gas control is adopted to determine the mining sequence of coal seam, eliminate the outburst danger of the first mining face and solve the gas overrun of the mining face. The method to eliminate outburst by using bottom drainage roadway construction is proposed, which is to use the borehole to pre-drain the strip gas in the coal roadway and the bedding borehole to drain the gas in the mining area. Directional drilling is used to replace roadway(or high drainage roadway) + buried pipe in goaf + drainage of gas in mining area by bottom drainage roadway drilling. The problem of gas control in close coal seam group with overlying thick oil shale is solved from two angles of eliminating outburst and preventing overrunning.
