    Application of gas-water switchable deep hole quick sampling device in Xima Coal Mine

    • 摘要: 针对西马煤矿在瓦斯含量测定过程中岩心管取心法取样过程烦琐、取样时间长,孔口接粉方式取样受钻孔内残粉的影响,无法对取样位置做出准确标定、测值误差较大等问题,对设计的气水可切换式深孔定点快速取样装置在西马矿在12煤北二采区1216回风巷进行现场应用。应用结果表明取样效果良好,现场施工风压在0.4MPa时取样钻孔深度60~80m(风压充足条件下取样深度大于100m),取样时间均不超过2min,取样率均达到100%。

       

      Abstract: In the process of gas content determination in Xima Coal Mine, the sampling process of core tube sampling method is cumbersome, the sampling time is long, the sampling method of orifice powder is affected by the residual powder in the borehole, and the sampling position cannot be accurately calibrated and the measurement error is large. The gas-water exchangable deep hole quick sampling device was applied in 1216 return air lane in No.2 mining area of Xima Coal Mine. The application results show that the sampling effect is good. When the wind pressure is 0.4 MPa in the field construction, the sampling depth of the borehole is 60 m to 80 m(the sampling depth is greater than 100 m under sufficient wind pressure), the sampling time is not more than 2 min, and the sampling rate reaches 100%.
