    • 摘要: 为提高穿层钻孔封孔质量,保证区域瓦斯治理效果,针对钻孔封孔过程存在的瓦斯抽采管被压扁、堵塞,引起瓦斯流动通道封闭的问题,通过分析影响抽采管耐外压能力的因素,研制基于温度、外压力为参数的非金属抽采管耐外压试验装置,模拟井下注浆过程中,抽采管受外压时的变形规律。研究结果表明:材质、外径、壁厚、环境温度、外加压力都对抽采管的变形产生影响;在材质、直径、壁厚一定下,抽采管变形的主要影响因素是外加压力和环境温度;同一温度下,压力越高抽采管变形越严重;温度越高,抽采管被压扁时的压力值越低;对于PE-KM1.6/32型、壁厚3.4 mm的抽采管,当岩孔温度在20~30 ℃时,注浆压力不宜超过1 MPa。

       

      Abstract: In order to improve the sealing hole quality of through beds borehole and ensure the effect of regional gas control, aiming at the problem that gas drainage pipe was compressed and blocked in the process of borehole sealing, resulting in the closure of the gas flow channel, by analyzing the factors affecting the external pressure resistance of drainage pipe, a non-metallic drainage pipe external pressure resistance test device based on temperature and external pressure parameters is developed to simulate the deformation law of the extraction pipe under external pressure in underground grouting process. The results show that the material, outer diameter, wall thickness, ambient temperature and applied pressure all have influence on the deformation of the extraction pipe. When the material, diameter and wall thickness are fixed, the main influencing factors of the deformation are the external pressure and the ambient temperature. At the same temperature, the higher the pressure is, the more serious the deformation of the extraction pipe is; the higher the temperature is, the lower the pressure when the extraction pipe is flattened. For PE-KM1.6/32 pumping pipe with wall thickness of 3.4 mm, when the rock hole temperature is 20 ℃ to 30 ℃, the grouting pressure should not exceed 1 MPa.
