    • 摘要: 针对现阶段采煤工作面电气设备多,分布分散和运行方式多样的特点,采用一种智能化组合开关进行控制;分别对其供电方式、结构组成、保护系统设计、控制方式设计和运行方式设计进行阐述和分析。采用2台移动变压器对1台组合开关供电;组合开关整体采用CAN总线通信方式,简化了开关线路;漏电保护、电流保护和电压保护具有较高的灵敏度和可靠性,保证了用电设备和操作人员的安全;可根据不同的用电设备和操作要求采用相应的启动方式和控制方式,具有很好的适应性。

       

      Abstract: In view of the characteristics of scattered distribution and various operation modes of various electrical equipment in coal mining face at present, a combined switch is used for control. The power supply mode, structure composition, protection system design, control mode design and operation mode design are described and analyzed. Two mobile transformers are used to supply power for one combined switch. CANBUS communication mode is used for the switch, and the switch circuit is simplified. Leakage protection, current protection and voltage protection have high sensitivity and reliability, and they ensure the safety of electrical equipment and operators. According to different electrical equipment and operation requirements, the corresponding start-up mode and control mode can be adopted, and it has good adaptability.
