    Research on influence law of key parameters of coal seam water injection for dust reduction

    • 摘要: 针对矿井机械化开采的广泛应用带来的采煤工作面粉尘浓度超标,矿井工作环境恶化等问题,提出了优化煤层注水防尘技术的工艺参数,从而增加待开采煤层含水率的技术手段,运用COMSOL模拟软件研究了煤层注水降尘时,注水压力、时间等工艺参数与煤层浸润效果的关系;得到了中压注水工况下湿润半径与注水时间的三阶多项式拟合函数曲线。研究结果表明:中压注水的煤层浸润效果更优,注水压力为5 MPa时,最佳注水时长为5 h。

       

      Abstract: In view of problems such as excessive dust concentration in working face and deterioration of working environment in mines caused by wide application of mechanized mining. We put forward technical means to optimize technical parameters of water injection and dust control in coal seam so as to increase water content of coal seam to be exploited. Using the simulation software COMSOL, the relationship between the process parameters such as water injection pressure and time and the infiltration effect of coal seam was studied. The third-order polynomial fitting function curve of wetting radius and water injection time under the condition of medium pressure water injection is obtained. The research results show that the infiltration effect of coal seam with medium pressure water injection is better. When the water injection pressure is 5 MPa, the optimal water injection duration is 5 h.
