Abstract: In order to promote the safety access system of mining equipment in China to adapt to the development of mine safety management, through combing the current operation mode and existing shortcomings of MA/KA management, the paper studies the safety access system of mining equipment in major mining areas of the world and common analysis with MA/KA. The paper researches production license system and certification system of industrial products in China, and focuses on comparative analysis and learns from special equipment, fire products, railway products, environmental sign products safety access management, key points for safety access system reform of mine equipment. On this basis, this paper explores the reform ideas of the transition to administrative licensing management, national certification and system owners.
