    • 摘要: 针对煤矿小断面硬岩巷道传统爆破施工过程中打孔效率低,劳动强度大,安全性低的问题,研制了一种适用于小断面硬岩巷掘进用远控钻机,钻机由钻机本体与电控系统组成;钻机本体集主机、泵站、履带车体、附属部分等部件于一体,结构紧凑、体积小;电控系统包括操控台、遥控器、控制柜、传感器组和电磁启动器,可以实现钻机的远程控制以及状态监测。试验表明:该远控钻机布局合理,操作灵活,可实现远程控制并能实现钻机状态监测,为提高小断面硬岩巷道掘进施工效率,减少劳动强度,提升安全性提供了借鉴。

       

      Abstract: Aiming at the problems of low drilling efficiency, high labor intensity and low safety in the traditional blasting process of small section hard rock roadway in coal mine, a remote control drill for small section hard rock roadway tunneling was developed. The drill consists of a drill body and an electronic control system. The main engine, pump station, tracked vehicle and other parts of the rig body are integrated into one, with compact structure and small volume. The electronic control system includes control platform, remote control, control cabinet, sensors and electromagnetic starter, which can realize the remote control and condition monitoring of the perforation drill. Tests in the workshop show that the remote control perforation drill has reasonable layout, flexible operation, and can realize remote control and real-time monitoring of the drilling rig status, which provides a guarantee for greatly improving the perforation construction efficiency of small section hard rock roadway, reducing labor intensity and improving safety.
