    • 摘要: 针对确定煤巷突出预测敏感指标的“三率法”中存在的不足和探测期间人员易受突出威胁等问题,提出了一种实验室测定煤巷突出预测敏感指标及临界值的方法;根据模拟软分层的视密度和水分与现场原始煤层一致的原则,确定了模拟软分层的成型压力及压制步骤,再充入低压和高压的瓦斯,分别打钻测定各种煤巷突出预测指标的数值,计算得到各个预测指标的敏感度,可以得到一种敏感度最高的预测指标;再通过突出模拟实验或测定初始释放瓦斯膨胀能指标,确定敏感度最高指标的临界值。现场验证证明:这种方法获得的预测指标及临界值是有效的,可以直接用于现场的煤巷突出预测。

       

      Abstract: Aiming at the shortcomings of the “three-rate method” in determining the sensitive indicators for coal roadway outburst prediction and the threat of outburst to personnel during detection, in this paper, a laboratory method for determining the sensitive index and critical value of coal roadway outburst prediction is presented. According to the principle that the apparent density and moisture of simulated soft stratification are consistent with the original coal seam in the field, the forming pressure and pressing steps of simulated soft stratification were determined. Then filling the simulated soft layer with low pressure and high pressure gas, drilling and measuring various coal roadway outburst prediction indexes respectively, the relative sensitivity of each predictor is known and one of the highest predictors of sensitivity can be obtained. Through outburst simulation or measuring the initial release gas expansion energy, the critical value of the index can be determined. Through the application in the coal mine site, it is proved that the prediction index and critical value obtained by this method are effective, and can be directly used in the field coal roadway prediction.
