    Study on fire prevention and control technology of long distance mining face in shallow depth and close distance coal seam

    • 摘要: 以神东矿区上湾煤矿12煤三盘区回采工作面为例,考虑工作面回采煤层埋藏浅、煤层间距近的赋存特性,以及矿井工作面通风系统、工作面采掘部署情况,利用实验结果和现场实测数据,结合理论研究,研究确定工作面采空区及上覆采空区自然发火重点防治区域。在分析矿井现有的防灭火措施基础上,通过优化采空区注浆方式、完善上下采空区注氮、加强上下采空区气体及温度监测等措施,进一步健全矿井综合防灭火技术体系。

       

      Abstract: Taking the 12# coal in three-panel mining face of Shendong Mining Area Shangwan Coal Mine as an example, considering the occurrence characteristics of shallow burial and close spacing of coal seams, ventilation system of mine working face and mining deployment of working face, the key prevention and control areas of natural combustion in goaf and overlying goaf are determined by using experimental results and field measured data combined with theoretical research. Based on the analysis of the existing fire prevention measures in the mine, by optimizing the way of mined-out grouting, improving the nitrogen injection in the upper and lower goaf, and strengthening the monitoring of gas and temperature in the upper and lower goaf, the comprehensive fire prevention and extinguishing technical system of the mine is further improved.
