    Rotating mining technology and underground pressure law of fully mechanized caving face in Baode Coal Mine

    • 摘要: 为研究不规则工作面开采技术难题及开采过程中的矿压规律,以保德煤矿81308综放工作面为背景,采用理论分析、数值模拟、现场试验的方式对旋转工作面开采时的端头设备搭接、开采工艺及矿压规律等技术进行了研究。研究结果表明:采用分段折线掘进的方式掘进可确保工作面等长布置;将端头支架与转载机向外侧偏移5°可以保证前刮板机与转载机及组合支架的顺利搭接;通过实心旋转的方式,并配合长短刀结合的进刀方式可以实现工作面的连续推进;调斜过程中应力、位移及塑性区存在着不对称分布的现象,随调斜的进行,不对称现象减弱,工作面上巷应为控制的重点;调斜结束后,不对称现象基本消失。

       

      Abstract: In order to study the technical problems in the mining of irregular working face and the law of underground pressure in the mining process, take the 81308 fully mechanized caving face of Baode Coal Mine as the background, this paper uses theoretical analysis, numerical simulation, and field tests to study the technology of end equipment lapping, mining technology, and rock pressure law in rotating face mining. The research results show that: the method of segmented broken line driving can ensure the equal length layout of working face; the end bracket and the transfer machine need to be offset by 5° to the outside to ensure the smooth overlap of the front scraper with the transfer machine and the combined bracket; the continuous advancement of the working face is realized through the solid rotation method and the combination of long and short cutters. There is asymmetrical distribution of stress, displacement and plastic zone in the process of tilt adjustment. As the tilt adjustment progresses, the asymmetry phenomenon weakens, and the roadway on the working surface should be the focus of control; after the tilt adjustment, the asymmetry basically disappears.
