    • 摘要: 安全信息的传递效率与真实性是影响煤矿安全管理成本和管理水平的重要因素。为解决煤矿安全管理中存在信息孤岛、信息不透明等问题,基于区块链技术的去中心化、不可篡改等技术特点,探讨了区块链技术在提高安全信息传递效率、保证安全信息准确传输的优势,并以职工安全、设备安全、环境安全、制度安全为切入点,构建基于区块链技术的煤矿安全信息管理模型,阐明了区块链技术可实现职工安全素质评价、设备全寿命管理、设备故障及时记录、监测信息溯源、制度规范及时更新等功能。

       

      Abstract: The transmission efficiency and authenticity of safety information are important factors that affect the cost and management level of coal mine safety management. In order to solve the problems of information islands and opaque information in coal mine safety management, the paper is based on the technical characteristics of blockchain technology such as decentralization and non-tampering, discussed the advantages of blockchain technology in improving the efficiency of safe information transmission and ensuring the accurate transmission of safe information and data. And taking employee safety, equipment safety, environmental safety, and system safety as the entry point, a coal mine safety information management model based on blockchain technology was constructed, which clarified that blockchain technology can achieve employee safety quality evaluation, equipment life-span management, and equipment timely fault recording, monitoring information traceability, timely update of system specifications, etc.
