    Study on fractal dimension of coal pillar fracture in mining section of short-distance coal seams

    • 摘要: 为研究浅埋近距离煤层下行开采工作面区段煤柱压缩量及稳定性,以柠条塔煤矿的煤层群为研究对象,通过edem仿真测试、FLAC3D数值计算、煤柱强度理论及分形理论相结合的方法,研究了区段煤柱保持安全稳定的极限压缩量及其对应的煤柱水平截面破裂分形维数。研究发现:随着区段煤柱错距的增加,煤柱峰值应力和垂直位移相应减小,其水平截面破裂分形维数亦随之减小;当煤柱错距达到40 m时,其上部1-2煤层与下部2-2煤层区段煤柱峰值应力和垂直位移均小于煤柱极限抗压强度和极限压缩量;揭示了区段煤柱压缩量与峰值应力随着煤柱错距的变化规律,并确定了2-2煤层区段煤柱水平截面破裂分形维数与煤柱应力和煤柱错距的对应关系。

       

      Abstract: In order to study the compression and stability of coal pillar of short-distance coal seams under downward mining, take the short-distance coal seams in Ningtiaota Coal Mine as the research object, through the edem simulation test, FLAC3D numerical simulation, coal pillar strength theory and method combining fractal theory, the paper investigated the ultimate maximum compression of safe stability of the sectional coal pillar and its horizontal fractal dimension. The research showed that the peak stress and vertical displacement of coal pillar decrease with the increase of the staggered distance between two sectional coal pillars. The fractal dimension of horizontal section fracture also accordingly decreases. When the staggered distance of the coal pillar reaches 40 m, the central peak stress and vertical displacement of the sectional coal pillar in upper 1-2 and lower 2-2 coal seams are less than the ultimate compressive strength and the maximum compression of the coal pillar. It is revealed that the compression and peak stress of the sectional coal pillar vary with the staggered distance of coal pillar and given the corresponding relationship between fractal dimension of horizontal section fracture of 2-2 seam section coal pillar and coal pillar stress with its staggered distance.
