    赵固一矿煤层底板灰岩加固多分支水平注浆井轨迹精准控制技术实践

    Practice of accurate control technology for multi-branch horizontal grouting well trajectory of coal seam floor limestone reinforcement in Zhaogu No.1 Mine

    • 摘要: 以赵固一矿15011煤层工作面相应底板L8灰岩加固的多分支水平注浆井为研究对象,以设计钻取导眼探孔获取所治理灰岩层埋深、伽马值、ROD等相关地质参数及构造信息,进行精准设计及控制多分支水平注浆井主孔钻入煤层底板治理灰岩层的着陆点;优化常规多分支水平注浆井钻具组合,优选自带欠尺寸对称扶正器螺杆及欠尺寸凸起部位自带滚珠的球形扶正器,以此构成双扶稳斜钻具组合降低了定向及复合钻进过程井斜和方位漂移量,减少了分支孔轨迹定向调整频次和定向段的长度。基于以上技术措施实现了精准控制多分水平注浆井轨迹位于L8灰岩层稳定钻进。

       

      Abstract: This paper takes the multi-branch horizontal grouting well reinforced with limestone on the corresponding floor L8 in the 15011 coal seam working face of Zhaogu No.1 Mine as the research object. Pilot hole in treated limestone layer is designed and drilled to obtain the buried depth, gamma value, ROD of geometrical parameter and structural information, and to accurately design and control landing point of limestone layer of the main hole of multi-branch horizontal grouting well; optimizing the conventional multi-branch horizontal grouting well drilling tool assembly, preferring to centralizer with under-size symmetrical and ball centralizer with ball on the screw and under-sized protrusions to form a dual stabilized drilling tool assembly to reduce the drift of deviation and azimuth during directional and compound drilling and reduce the frequency of adjustment for branch hole trajectory and length of directional segment. Based on the above technical measures, accurate control of the multi-branch horizontal grouting well trajectory in the L8 limestone layer has been achieved for stable drilling.
