    • 摘要: 为了解决薄基岩浅埋煤层巷道过沟遇到的问题,以张家峁煤矿4-2煤层3条巷道过老来沟为例,通过钻探工程、压水试验、岩心鉴定、钻孔录像、水化学测试等多种探查技术方法,查明巷道过沟掘进段4-2煤顶部覆岩结构、基岩风化程度、新鲜基岩厚度和风化带水文地质特征,依据探查结果,提出“地面超前注浆、地面河道修复治理、井下补充注浆”技术思路,避免巷道直接掘进遇到的水文地质及工程地质问题,既保障矿井高效安全生产,也保护地表水资源。

       

      Abstract: In order to solve the problems encountered in the passage of thin-bedrock shallow coal seam roadways, three roadways in the 4-2 coal seam of Zhangjiamao Coal Mine were taken as an example, through drilling engineering, water pressure test, core identification, drilling video, hydrochemical test and other exploration techniques, the structure of overlying rock, weathering degree of bedrock, thickness of fresh bedrock and hydro-geological characteristics of weathered zone of 4-2 coal in roadway trench driving section were found out. Based on the exploration results, the technical ideas of “advanced grouting on the ground, repairing and remediation of surface river channels, and supplementary grouting in underground” were proposed, which avoided the hydro-geological and engineering geological problems encountered in the direct excavation of the roadway, which not only ensured the efficient and safe production of the mine, but also protected surface water resources.
