    • 摘要: 以工业互联网二级子节点系统为平台,煤矿监控系统为接入对象,分析了工业互联网系统结构以及监控系统接入工业互联网所需关键技术后,设计并开发了一种分布式计算网关,此网关应用在监控系统交换机与工业互联网连接端,对交换机下属的监控分站发来的数据进行解析处理后封装JSON格式,通过MQTT协议传入工业互联网云端软件。实际应用表明:该方案架构设计合理,稳定性较好、性能较优越,为监控系统接入工业互联网提供了一种可行方案。

       

      Abstract: Taking the secondary sub node system of industrial Internet as the platform and the coal mine monitoring system as the access object, this paper analyzes the structure of the industrial Internet system and the key technologies required for the monitoring system to access the industrial Internet, and designs and develops an access gateway. The gateway is applied to the connecting end of the switch and industrial Internet in the monitoring system. The data sent by the monitoring sub-station of the switch is analyzed and processed, then packaged in JSON format, and passed into the industrial Internet cloud software through MQTT protocol. The practical application shows that the scheme has reasonable architecture design, good stability and superior performance, and provides a feasible scheme for monitoring system to access industrial Internet.
