    Simulation and verification of reduced-scale model of rescue capsule under impact load

    • 摘要: 为了检验救生舱的抗冲击性能和验证对救生舱进行缩比实验的可靠性,建立了救生舱原比例模型和缩比模型,利用有限元软件ANSYS Workbench模拟分析了2个模型在冲击载荷作用下动态响应结果,并进行了分析比对。结果表明:缩比模型的响应结果与原比例模型具有一定相似性,可以利用救生舱缩比模型在冲击载荷作用下的响应结果来合理、有效地大致反映救生舱原比例模型的响应结果。

       

      Abstract: In order to test the anti-impact performance of the refuge chamber and verify the reliability of the experiment on the scaled model of the refuge chamber, the reduced-scale model and the original model of the refuge chamber were established in this paper. By using the finite element software ANSYS Workbench, the dynamic response results of the two models under impact loading are simulated and analyzed. The results show that the response results of the reduced scale model are similar to the original scale model. The response results of the reduced scale model of the rescue capsule under impact load can be used to reasonably and effectively reflect the response results of the original scale model of the rescue capsule.
