    Study on constitutive model of coal rock damage under graded cyclic loading and unloading

    • 摘要: 以煤岩为研究对象,通过分级循环加卸载试验研究煤岩损伤力学特性;应用Weibull统计分布函数,并引进损伤变量D,基于煤岩微元体强度符合Mises屈服准则,建立了适用于煤岩加卸载阶段的损伤本构模型;根据试验数据,采取非线性拟合的方法确定各循环等级的模型参数值,分析了模型参数的物理意义。研究结果表明:基于Mises屈服准则建立的损伤本构模型能够准确反映煤岩分级循环加卸载下的应力-应变关系;随着加卸载等级的提高,残余应变逐渐积累,弹性模量先增大后减小,滞回环形状表现为“胖”-“瘦”-“胖”的特点;本构模型参数具有明确的物理意义。

       

      Abstract: Taking coal as the research subject, the damage mechanical properties of coal were studied by grading cyclic loading and unloading tests. Using the Weibull statistical distribution and the introduction of damage variable D, a damage constitutive model suitable for coal at loading and unloading stages was established, which conforms to Mises yield criterion based on the coal microelement strength. According to the test data, the model parameters of each cycle grade were determined by nonlinear fitting method, and the physical significance of the model parameters was analyzed. The results show that the damage constitutive model based on Mises yield criterion can reflect the stress-strain relationship of coal under grading cyclic loading and unloading accurately. With the increase of loading and unloading levels, the residual strain accumulates, and the elastic modulus increases first and then decreases gradually. The hysteresis loop shape shows the characteristics of “fat”-“thin”-“fat”. The constitutive model parameters have clear physical significance.
