    Design and implementation of portable CAN bus analyzer in underground coal mine

    • 摘要: 针对目前煤矿井下各种CAN总线设备在安装调试与日常维护过程中,缺少与之配套的井下便携式CAN总线分析设备,来快速定位CAN总线网络故障节点、干扰排除以及可靠性测试的问题;研究设计了一种基于CAN总线分析理论的便携式煤矿井下CAN总线分析仪,分析仪以ARM主控器STM32F429为核心,实现对CAN总线波特率的自识别、总线质量分析与故障诊断、报文解析显示与存储等功能。测试结果表明:分析仪能准确分析总线通信质量,识别总线故障,对快速排查及解决总线故障,提升总线网络的合理性与可靠性具有重要的现实意义。

       

      Abstract: In view of the problems that the lack of portable CAN bus analysis equipment to quickly locate the CAN bus network fault nodes, interference elimination and reliability testing in the process of installation, debugging and daily maintenance of various CAN bus equipment in the coal mine, a portable mining CAN bus analyzer based on CAN bus analysis theory was researched and designed. The analyzer uses the main control chip STM32F429 as the core, and realizes the functions of CAN bus baud rate self-recognition, bus quality analysis and fault detection, message parsing, display and storage. The test results show that the analyzer can accurately analyze the communication quality of the bus and identify the bus faults which have important practical significance for the rapid troubleshooting of the bus faults and the improvement of the rationality and reliability of the bus network.
