    基于WaveMesh网络与STM32的煤矿顶板离层监测系统设计

    Design of monitoring system for coal mine roof separation based on WaveMesh network and STM32

    • 摘要: 针对传统煤矿顶板离层监测系统维护困难、安装不便、灵活性低等缺点,以及当前无线监测系统存在信号传输不稳定、功耗高、使用周期短等问题,设计以WaveMesh协议为无线通信网络和以STM32单片机为主控芯片的顶板离层监测系统;系统采用主、从站结构,从站与离层仪相接,负责位移数据采集;主站则负责数据存储及通过光纤与井上通讯,利用WaveMesh低功耗无线自组网网络实现主、从站间的数据传输。现场实际应用结果表明,该系统信号传输稳定、运行可靠且功耗低,能够满足井下长时间工作要求。

       

      Abstract: In view of the traditional coal mine roof separation layer monitoring system maintenance difficult, inconvenient installation, low flexibility, and the unstable signal transmission, high power consumption and short service period of the wireless monitoring system, a roof separation layer monitoring system with WaveMesh protocol as wireless communication network and STM32 microcomputer as main control chip is designed. Based on the structure of master and slave station, the system is connected with the layer separation instrument, which is responsible for collecting displacement data; the master station is responsible for data storage and communication with the well via optical fiber, WaveMesh low power wireless ad-hoc network is used to realize data transmission between the master and slave stations. The field application results show the system has stable signal transmission, reliable operation and low power consumption, which can meet the requirements of long time underground work.
