    • 摘要: 针对煤矿井下随钻伽马测井系统孔中测井探管供电时长与钻孔作业施工周期不匹配的矛盾,研究并设计了基于孔中探管状态监测的节能降功耗控制方法与系统,对节能降功耗控制系统控制方法实施流程进行介绍。节能降功耗控制方法与系统作为对目前已有的煤矿井下随钻测量系统孔中探管几种供电方式缺点弥补,或结合现有供电方式进行联合使用,从而解决现有仪器因供电问题不能满足所有工况和工艺条件的问题。

       

      Abstract: In view of the contradiction between the power supply time of the logging probe in hole of the gamma logging while drilling system in coal mine and the construction period of drilling operation, the energy-saving and power-saving control method and system based on the condition monitoring of the probe in hole are studied and designed, and the implementation process of the control method of the energy-saving and power-saving control system is introduced. The energy-saving and power-saving control method and system can make up for the shortcomings of several power supply modes of the existing coal mine downhole MWD system, or combined with the existing power supply mode, so as to solve the problem that the existing instruments can not meet all working conditions and process conditions due to the power supply problem.
