    吸附作用下煤体变形叠加关系研究

    Study on superposition relation of coal deformation under adsorption

    • 摘要: 为了验证煤体变形是煤基质吸附膨胀(解吸收缩)变形和有效应力变形的叠加,在吸附膨胀变形机理的基础上,提出了吸附作用下煤体变形叠加关系的验证方法;利用该方法结合实验数据对吸附作用下煤体变形叠加关系进行验证。结果表明:无烟煤、瘦煤、1/3焦煤等温吸附变形理论值比例系数和实验值比例系数相对误差的平均值为4.27%;煤体变形、煤基质吸附膨胀变形、有效应力作用煤体变形三者符合叠加关系;经讨论得出的煤体变形叠加关系验证方法适用于解吸曲线为可逆变形、残余变形情况,不适用于富裕变形情况。

       

      Abstract: In order to verify that the deformation of coal body is the superposition of coal matrix adsorption expansion (desorption shrinkage) deformation and effective stress deformation, based on the mechanism of adsorption swelling deformation, the verification method of superposition relationship of coal deformation under adsorption was proposed. The superposition relationship of coal deformation under adsorption is verified by using this method combined with experimental data. The results showed that the average relative error of theoretical value and experimental value proportion coefficient of isothermal adsorption experiment of anthracite, lean coal and 1/3 coking coal is 4.27%. The deformation of coal body, the adsorption expansion deformation of coal matrix and the deformation of coal body under the effective stress are in accordance with the superposition relationship. Through discussion, it is concluded that the verification method of superposition relation of coal deformation is suitable for reversible deformation and residual deformation of desorption curve, but not for rich deformation.
