    Design of gas drainage monitoring system based on S7-1500R redundancy technology

    • 摘要: 针对瓦斯抽采监控系统中出现PLC控制器故障导致监控系统无法对瓦斯抽采系统进行监测和控制,设计了一种基于S7-1500R冗余PLC的瓦斯抽采监控系统;通过对PLC的CPU、电源、RS485接口等进行冗余设计,对PLC的硬件进行组态、编程和上位机组态软件编程,实现了对瓦斯抽采系统进行无人值守的监控功能,有效提高了瓦斯抽采监控系统的稳定性和可靠性。现场实际运用情况表明:当S7-1500R 冗余PLC的1个CPU、电源、RS485通讯口、Profinet网线等部件出现故障时,系统能够自动切换到备用的CPU、电源和RS485通讯口继续工作,瓦斯抽采监控系统仍能正常监控,不影响瓦斯抽采系统的正常运行。

       

      Abstract: For the problems that the PLC controller failure in the gas drainage monitoring system makes the monitoring system unable to monitor and control the gas drainage system, a gas drainage monitoring system based on S7-1500R redundant PLC is designed. Through the redundant design of the CPU, power supply and RS485 interface of PLC, the hardware of PLC is configured and programmed, and the configuration software of upper computer is programmed. The unattended monitoring function of gas drainage system is realized, and the stability and reliability of gas drainage monitoring system are effectively improved. The field application shows that when one of the CPU, power supply, RS485 communication port, PROFINET cable and other components of S7-1500R redundant PLC fails, the system can automatically switch to the standby CPU, power supply and RS485 communication port to continue to work, and the gas drainage monitoring system can still monitor normally without affecting the normal operation of the gas drainage system.
