    Fire Prevention and Extinguishing Technology for Safe Mining in Fully Mechanized Face Under the Influence of Coal Fire Area

    • 摘要: 基于对汝箕沟煤矿煤田火区的详细勘察,通过对335综采工作面生产技术条件的深入了解,对可能影响工作面安全开采的火灾隐患进行了分析与排查,并在此基础之上提出了综采工作面安全开采防灭火技术方案。实践表明,对335综采工作面周边的阴坡火区进行注液氮、注浆与罗克休材料处理,封堵阴坡火区与335工作面上覆二1煤层采空区并惰化二2煤层采空区,有效遏制了阴坡火区与上覆二1、二2煤层采空区对汝箕沟煤矿335工作面安全开采的持续性影响,保障了工作面的安全回采。

       

      Abstract: Based on the detailed investigation on the coal fire area of Rujigou Coal Mine, through deeply understanding production and technical conditions of NO.335 fully mechanized face, the paper conducted analysis and investigation to fire risks that may affect safe mining, on this basis the paper proposed fire prevention and extinguishing technology program for safe mining in fully mechanized face fire. Practice shows that injecting liquid nitrogen, grouting and Rockshow material handling, blocking shady fire district in shady slope fire zone around 335 mechanized mining face and 335 working face overlying No.21 seam goaf and inerting No.22 seam goaf, can effectively curb the continuing influence of the shady slope of the fire zone and the overlying No.21 and No.22 seam goaf on safety mining of 335 working face in Rujigou mine, which ensures the safe mining of the face.
