    • 摘要: 通过理论分析与数值模拟相结合的方法,分析双向聚能爆破作用下岩石的定向断裂规律、不同间距下双孔聚能爆破的岩石裂纹扩展规律。结果表明:双向聚能爆破能有效的定向断裂顶板,双孔聚能爆破中,由于相邻炮孔的应力波叠加作用,促使裂纹进一步的扩展;炮孔间距500 mm时,两炮孔间能形成良好的贯通裂纹。综合数值模拟结果、前人的研究成果、工作面的工程地质条件制定了现场的爆破试验方案,试验结果表明:4+4+3+3+2的单孔装药结构能够有效的预裂顶板;通过钻孔窥视显示间距500 mm时,顶板断裂效果最佳;对爆破切顶后工作面倾向不同位置处液压支架工作阻力进行观测,结果显示距离切顶线越近的支架最大工作阻力越小,验证了爆破参数的可行性。

       

      Abstract: Through the combination of theoretical analysis and numerical simulation, the directional fracture law of rock under the action of bidirectional shaped charge blasting and the crack propagation law of rock under different spacing of double hole shaped charge blasting are analyzed. The results show that the two-way shaped charge blasting can effectively fracture the roof directionally; when the distance between blastholes is 500 mm, a good through-crack can be formed between the two blastholes. Based on the numerical simulation results, previous research results and the engineering geological conditions of the working face, the blasting test scheme is formulated. The test results show that the single hole charge structure of 4+4+3+3+2 can effectively pre-crack the roof; when the distance between boreholes is 500 mm, the effect of roof fracture is the best; the results show that the closer the support is to the cutting line, the smaller the maximum working resistance is, which verifies the feasibility of blasting parameters.
