    粉煤灰喷浆材料抗压强度的实验研究

    • 摘要: 基于目前煤炭燃烧废弃物粉煤灰的工业应用问题,提出了用粉煤灰代替砂子作为煤矿巷道壁面喷浆材料的主原料,研究了粉煤灰代替砂子对喷浆材料抗压强度的影响,进行了利用Na2SO4、NaOH、Na2SiO3 3种碱性激发剂对粉煤灰喷浆材料进行活性激发的研究。结果表明:粉煤灰完全代替砂子时喷浆材料的抗压强度低于传统喷浆材料,无法满足现场应用需求,但在添加适量的碱性激发剂后能有效解决粉煤灰喷浆材料存在的抗压强度问题,且当Na2SO4添加量为3%时,粉煤灰喷浆材料抗压强度提升效果最好。

       

      Abstract: Based on the industrial application of fly ash, a new method of using fly ash instead of sand as the main raw material for wall grouting of coal mine roadway is proposed. The effect of fly ash instead of sand on the compressive strength of shotcrete was studied, and the activation of fly ash shotcrete with Na2SO4, NaOH and Na2SiO3 were studied. The results show that the compressive strength of the grouting material is lower than that of the traditional grouting material when the fly ash completely replaces the sand, which can not meet the requirement of field application, the problem of compressive strength of fly ash shotcrete can be effectively solved by adding proper amount of alkaline activator, and when the content of Na2SO4 is 3%, the increase of compressive strength of fly ash shotcrete is the best.
