    • 摘要: 大型煤矿实现瓦斯管理的无人化、智能化、智慧化是矿山生产技术发展的趋势,也是国家的能源战略决策部署要求。传统煤矿瓦斯检查管理方式存在假检、漏检、纸质材料保存困难、救援不力等诸多弊端,煤矿企业需借助科技的力量进行管理升级。5G网络技术的数据传输速率、网络容量等各大优势与大型煤矿瓦斯管理实现无人化、智能化的要求均无缝对接。探讨了未来大型煤矿瓦斯管理将会经历5G+人工+传感器,5G+机器人,5G+物物互联、智能交互3个发展阶段。5G+人工+传感器阶段的智能终端可对巷道进行精准场景定位并根据场景要求智能检测各项参数,5G+机器人阶段研发的仿生机器人将使传统的瓦检员、测风员、测尘员、监测工等“一通三防”各工种工作人员退出煤矿安全生产的历史舞台,5G+物物互联、智能交互阶段万物皆是瓦斯管理参与者,矿山“智慧大脑”会通过虚拟现实等技术手段对瓦斯异常情况采取措施,最终实现矿井瓦斯智慧管理。

       

      Abstract: The realization of unmanned, intelligent and wisdom gas management in large coal mines is the development trend of mine production technology, and it is also the national energy strategy decision and deployment requirement. Traditional coal mine gas inspection management methods have many drawbacks, such as false inspections, missed inspections, difficult storage of paper materials, and poor rescue. Coal mining enterprises need to use technology to upgrade management. The major advantages of 5G network technology such as data transmission rate and network capacity are seamlessly connected with the requirements of large-scale coal mine gas management to achieve unmanned and intelligent. Discussed the future large-scale coal mine gas management will go through the three development stages of 5G + artificial + sensor, 5G + robot, 5G + Internet of things, and intelligent interaction. The intelligent terminal at the 5G+manual+sensor stage can accurately locate the roadway and intelligently detect various parameters according to the requirements of the scene. The bionic robot developed in the 5G+robot stage will enable traditional tile inspectors, wind detectors, dust detectors, and monitoring workers waiting for the “one ventilation and three prevention” workers to withdraw from the historical stage of coal mine safety production. In the 5G+ IoT and intelligent interaction stage, everything is a gas management participant. The mine’s “smart brain” will use virtual reality and other technical means to deal with gas abnormalities and take measures to finally realize the intelligent management of mine gas.
