    煤矿井下钻机长行程给进装置设计与分析

    Design and analysis of long-stroke feeding device for drilling rig in underground coal mine

    • 摘要: 分析了煤矿井下钻机用油缸式给进装置的基本设计原则及结构特点;针对长行程的需求,开发了串并联组合油缸式给进装置,给出了给进装置关键参数的计算方法,并通过拟合曲线分析了有效给进力和起拔力的变化。分析得出:随着磨损增加,有效给进力和起拔力随之降低。利用检测试验台对钻机的最大给进力和起拔力进行了测试,验证了理论计算方法的有效性。

       

      Abstract: The basic design principles and structural characteristics of the feeding device of drilling rig in underground coal mine are analyzed. According to the demand of long-stroke, a feeding device by the series and parallel combination cylinder is developed, the theoretical calculation method of key parameters of the feeding device is given, and the changes of effective feeding force and pulling force are analyzed by fitting curve. The analysis shows that the effective feeding force and pulling force decrease with the increase of wear. The maximum feeding force and pulling force of the drilling rig were tested, and the validity of the theoretical calculation method was verified.
