    超前支护液压支架的研制与应用

    Development and Application of Forepoling Hydraulic Support

    • 摘要: 目前国内煤矿综采工作面下上端头超前支护,一般采用单体支柱与铰接顶梁(或圆木)相配合的支护形式,即所谓"一梁三柱"或"一梁四柱"形式,不仅劳动强度大、安全性差,而且影响工作面回采速度。铁煤集团与科研院所合作,研制加工了超前支护液压支架,取代了原有单体木棚等超前支护形式,有效地控制了顶板下沉,避免了在原有支护形式下的挑顶、翻棚及频繁改打单体支柱等工作,提高了机械化程度,保证了安全生产。

       

      Abstract: At present,the forepoling of the upper and lower ends in domestic fully mechanized coal face adopted the support form of single pillar matching with articulated roof beam.The form,"a beam three column" or "a beam four column",not only increase the labor intensity and decrease the safety,but also affect mining speed of the working face.Tiemei Group cooperated with research institutes and developed the forepoling hydraulic support which instead of the original support form,effectively controlled the roof sinking,avoided working problems of back brushing and frequently changing to play single pillar under the original form.All these improved the degree of mechanization and ensure the safety.
