    Gas Adsorption Liquid Spray Device and Atomization Mechanism of Jet Pipe

    • 摘要: 针对选择性瓦斯吸附液(只吸附瓦斯),设计了一种瓦斯吸附液喷洒装置,介绍了该装置的构成、主要部件及工作原理。运用液滴分裂理论,确定了喷管的液滴分裂模型,并应用SMD的经验公式,对喷管的雾化效果进行了分析。

       

      Abstract: Aiming at the selective gas adsorption liquid (which only adsorbs gas), this paper designed an equipment which can spray the gas adsorption liquid. It introduced the structure, major components, and working principle of this equipment. It determined the droplet splitting model of jet pipe by using droplet splitting theory, then it analyzed the atomization effect of jet pipe with the empirical formula of SMD.
