    深部边远采区综放工作面俯斜开采煤自燃防控方法

    Prevention and control method of coal spontaneous combustion in inclined mining of fully mechanized caving face in deep and remote mining area

    • 摘要: 为解决深部边远综放工作面漏风强度大,煤层埋藏深,煤自燃防控困难的问题,以鲍店煤矿深部采区7302工作面为例,研究俯斜工作面煤自燃预控方法;通过对煤自燃危险性分析,采用SF6示踪法研究采空区危险区域的漏风通道;工作面旋转开采时期采用监测监控、注胶、注氮阻化的方法防控煤自燃;工作面过断层时期,采用设隔离墙、注氮和注高吸水材料等防控方法;工作面停采撤面时期通过隅角设煤垛墙、气体监测、注氮和注胶等措施,对煤自燃危险区域超前防控。结果表明:7302综放工作面采空区工作面漏风率约为15.87%,主要漏风通道为工作面向支架后部漏风;针对不同时期采取的防控措施后,7302工作面未出现任何煤自燃征兆,实现了安全回采。

       

      Abstract: To effectively solve the difficulty of the prevention of coal spontaneous combustion in a fully mechanized caving face in deep and remote mining area, the main reasons for the problems include strong air leakage and depth buried coalbed by taking the 7302 working surface of Baodian Coal Mine as an example. By analyzing the danger of coal spontaneous combustion and SF6 trace, the air leakage channel in the dangerous area of the goaf was studied. For the period of rotating mining, the measures for monitoring and controlling, glue injection, nitrogen injection, and chemical resistance are proposed; for the period of faults, the measures for isolation walls, nitrogen injection, injection of super absorbent materials, and chemical resistance are proposed; for the period of suspension and withdrawal, the measures of setting up coal stack walls, gas monitoring, glue injection, nitrogen injection are proposed. The results through analysis show that the air leakage rate of 7302 working face is about 15.87%, which ensures that the 7302 working face mining is safety.
