    智慧矿山安全防控多系统井下融合与应急联动技术研究

    Research on multi-system underground integration and emergency linkage technology for smart mine safety prevention and control

    • 摘要: 针对智能矿山建设发展趋势下安全防控方向安全监测类系统井下融合及“人-机-环”应急联动需求,通过研究井下常用监控类系统的业务特点、融合方法与应急联动策略,结合国家能源局、各地煤监局近期下发的智慧矿山建设方案中对安全防控建设建议,设计并研发了1款边缘协调管控分站,基于边缘协调管控分站实现智能矿山安全防控多系统井下融合与应急联动。分析了目前井下常用监控类系统多系统融合与应急联动存在的关键问题,论述了多系统融合和应急联动方法的技术设计,给出了“人-机-环” 3种状态的应急联动技术路线。

       

      Abstract: In view of the underground fusion of safety monitoring system and the emergency linkage demand of "man-machine-environment” in the direction of safety prevention and control under the development trend of intelligent mine construction, by studying the service characteristics, fusion methods and emergency linkage strategies of common downhole monitoring systems, combined with the safety prevention and control construction suggestions in the smart mine construction plan recently issued by National Energy Administration and local coal supervision bureau, a sub-station of edge coordination control was designed and developed to realize the underground fusion and emergency linkage of smart mine safety prevention and control system based on the sub-station of edge coordination control. This paper analyzes the key problems existing in the multi-system fusion and emergency linkage of common downhole monitoring system, discusses the technical design of multi-system fusion and emergency linkage method, and gives the technical route of “man-machine-ring” emergency linkage of three states.
