    Influence of knowledge sharing on miners’ willingness to accept intelligent equipment based on technology acceptance model

    • 摘要: 为了探索组织内知识共享对矿工智能化设备接受意愿的影响,结合技术接受模型,通过对322名智能化工作面的矿工进行有效的问卷调查,并利用统计分析软件SPSS和AMOS对样本数据进行结构方程模型分析。结果发现:知识共享、感知易用性、感知有用性和智能化设备接受意愿间两两呈显著正相关;知识共享不仅可以直接对智能化设备接受意愿产生正向影响,还可以通过感知易用性和感知有用性的独立中介作用以及感知易用性、感知有用性的链式中介作用显著正向影响智能化设备接受意愿。

       

      Abstract: In order to study the influence of organizational knowledge sharing on the acceptance of miners’ intelligent equipment, combined technology acceptance model, through effective questionnaires of 322 intelligent working surface miners, and statistical analysis software SPSS and AMOS were used to analyze these data. The results show that: knowledge sharing, perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness and acceptance are positively correlated. Knowledge sharing can not only directly affect the intention to use intelligent devices, but also significantly positively affect the independent mediation of perceived ease and perceived usefulness and the chain mediation of perceived ease and usefulness.
