    煤矿空压机废热利用实验研究

    Experimental Study on the Waste Heat Utilization of Air Compressor in Coal Mine

    • 摘要: 针对目前空压机排风废热的回收利用存在的问题,设计了采用热泵技术对空压机废热的回收方案。分析了空压机废热源热泵系统的工作原理,并建立了实验台进行实验研究,测试了不同的空压机排风温度、热水出水温度等因素对空压机废热源热泵系统性能的影响。通过对空压机废热源热泵系统在山西某煤矿的应用的举例,分析了煤矿空压机废热利用可收获的经济效益和社会效益。

       

      Abstract: Aiming at the current problems for the recycling and utilization of air compressor exhaust waste heat, it designed the recycling plan of air compressor waste heat with heat pump technology. The working principle of the heat pump system of air compressor waste heat source was analyzed, and the experiment table was established to do experimental research, test factors such as different air compressor exhaust temperature, outlet temperature of hot water which influence on the performance of the heat pump system. Through the exemplifying of the air compressor waste heat source heat pump system application to a coal mine in Shanxi province, it analyzed the economic benefit and social benefit which could be obtained by the air compressor waste heat utilization in the coal mine.
