    基于梳状定向钻孔的碎软煤层瓦斯含量测定取样技术

    Sampling technology for measuring gas content in broken soft coal seam based on comb-shaped directional borehole

    • 摘要: 针对碎软煤层瓦斯含量测定取样时存在的取样深度浅、取样位置不可精准测控、瓦斯气体损失量大等不足,提出了基于梳状定向钻孔的碎软薄煤层瓦斯含量测定取样方法,介绍了其技术原理、工艺流程和技术优势,研究选配了矿用密闭取心装置、定向钻机、泥浆泵车等钻进与取样装备,开发了主孔双动力复合排渣定向钻进、探查分支孔随钻煤层探查、取样分支孔密闭取心等关键技术。在祁东煤矿94采区碎软煤层开展了现场试验,完成梳状定向钻孔2个,进行密闭取心3次,取样成功率67%,最大取样深度达484 m,查明了目标煤层赋存情况和瓦斯含量。

       

      Abstract: According to the shallow sampling depth, inaccurate measurement and control of sampling position, large gas loss and other disadvantages existed in the available sampling technology for measuring gas content in broken soft coal seam, a sampling technology for measuring gas content in broken soft coal seam was proposed based on comb-shaped directional borehole, its technical principle, process flow and technical advantages were introduced, matching drilling and sampling equipment such as mine closed coring device, directional drilling rig and mud pump truck were selected, the key technologies were developed such as double dynamic compound slag discharge and directional drilling technology in main hole, exploration technology of coal seam occurrence while drilling by probe branch hole, closed coring technology in sampling branch hole. The field test was carried out in the broken soft coal seam in No.94 mining area of Qidong Coal Mine, 2 comb-shaped directional boreholes were completed, and closed coring was carried out 3 times and the sampling success rate was 67%, the maximum sampling depth was reached 484 m, the occurrence and gas content of the target coal seam were found out.
