    Study on the influence of upper protective layer mining on gob-side entry retaining in close inclined coal seam group

    • 摘要: 为研究近距离倾斜煤层群上保护层工作面开采布置对被保护煤层工作面沿空留巷的影响,以崔家寨煤矿1112工作面地质条件为工程背景,通过现场调研、理论分析、数值模拟和工业性试验等方法,对上保护层工作面卸压保护合理布置方式进行了研究。结果表明:上保护层采空区下方底板整体应力值较低,其下侧实体煤较上侧实体煤下方底板应力值要高;上保护层工作面布置于被保护工作面沿空巷道上方时能够更好的对沿空巷道围岩起到卸压效果。将优化后的上保护层工作面布置方式应用于1114工作面回采期间,现场液压支架工作阻力和沿空巷道围岩矿压监测数据证实了优化后的方案能够有效控制巷道围岩变形,改善沿空侧1114轨道平巷的围岩应力环境,提高沿空留巷服务期的安全性。

       

      Abstract: In order to study the influence of the mining layout of the upper protective layer working face in the close inclined coal seam group on the gob-side entry retaining roadway of the working face of the protected coal seam, this paper takes the geological conditions of working face 1112 of Cuijiazhai Coal Mine as the engineering background, through field investigation, theoretical analysis, numerical simulation and industrial test, the reasonable layout of pressure relief protection in the working face of upper protective layer is studied. The results show that the overall stress value of the floor under the goaf of the upper protective layer is lower, and the stress value of the floor under the lower solid coal is higher than that under the upper solid coal; when the working face of the upper protective layer is arranged above the goaf roadway of the protected working face, it can better relieve the pressure on the surrounding rock of the goaf roadway. The optimized working face layout of the upper protective layer is applied to the mining period of 1114 working face. The working resistance of the on-site hydraulic support and the ground pressure monitoring data of the surrounding rock of the goaf side roadway confirm that the optimized scheme can effectively control the deformation of the surrounding rock of the roadway, improve the surrounding rock stress environment of the 1114 track roadway along the goaf side, and improve the safety of the service period of the gob-side entry retaining.
