    Research on properties of gangue-based cemented filling materials and ratio optimization

    • 摘要: 针对云岗煤矿压煤回采困难、煤矸石排放量大的问题,提出了应用胶结充填采煤法回采煤炭资源及处理煤矸石;为使胶结充填材料达到最优性能的配比,通过正交试验揭示了充填浆料质量分数、粉煤灰含量、水泥含量、生石灰含量4种因素对胶结充填材料输送性能及力学特性的影响规律,采用极差分析得到了各个因素的显著性程度,并提出了加入速凝剂的优化方案。结果表明:充填料质量分数84%、粉煤灰含量45%、矸石含量40%、水泥含量10%、生石灰含量2%、速凝剂含量3%时,胶结充填材料的各项性能指标达到最优。

       

      Abstract: Aiming at the difficulties in the extraction of compressed coal in Yungang Coal Mine and the large discharge of coal gangue, the application of cemented filling coal mining method to recover coal resources and treat coal gangue is proposed. In order to obtain the ratio of the cemented filling material to achieve the optimal performance, the orthogonal test reveals the influence of the four factors of concentration, fly ash, cement, and quicklime on the transport performance and mechanical properties of the cemented filling material, which is obtained by range analysis. The significance degree of each factor is discussed, and the optimization plan of adding accelerator is proposed. The results show that: when the concentration is 84%, fly ash 45%, gangue 40%, cement 10%, quicklime 2%, and accelerator 3%, the performance indicators of the cemented filling material reach the best.
