    袁大滩煤矿覆岩破坏规律及顶板水害防治对策

    Law of overburden failure and roof water damage in Yuandatan Coal Mine

    • 摘要: 陕北侏罗纪煤田普遍受到顶板水害威胁,开展覆岩破坏规律研究对矿井安全生产尤为重要。以袁大滩煤矿为例,通过地面钻孔冲洗液漏失量观测、压水试验等现场实测,结合数值模拟、相似材料模拟等手段,对矿井2号煤层11201首采工作面进行覆岩“两带”发育高度分析研究。结果表明:综合各方法结果,最终确定袁大滩煤矿2号煤层11201首采工作面顶板导水断裂带发育高度约为104.36~110.37 m,按照采高3.2 m计算,裂采比约为32.61~34.49倍,通过顶板水害分析评价,认为2号煤层开采不直接受上覆白垩系洛河组、第四系含水层和地表水的影响,未来顶板防治水工作,应主要对覆岩导水断裂带发育范围内的侏罗系延安组和直罗组含水层水进行疏干。

       

      Abstract: The Jurassic coal field in northern Shaanxi Province is generally threatened by roof water damage, so it is vital to study the law of overburden failure for mine safety production. Taking Yuandatan Coal Mine as an example, the development height of “two zones” in overlying rock of 11201 first working face of 2# coal seam was analyzed and studied through the observation of the loss of flushing fluid in the ground borehole and the field measurement of water pressure test, combined with numerical simulation and similar material simulation. The results show that based on the results of various methods, the development height of the water-conducting fracture zone in the roof of the 11201 first mining face of 2# coal seam in Yuandatan Coal Mine is determined to be about 104.36-110.37 m, and the fracturing ratio is about 32.61-34.49 times calculated according to the mining height of 3.2 m. Through the analysis and evaluation of roof water damage, it is considered that the mining of 2# coal seam is not directly affected by the overlying Cretaceous Luohe Formation aquifer, Quaternary aquifer and surface water, and the future roof water prevention and control work should mainly drain Jurassic Yan’an and Zhiluo formations aquifer water within the development range of overlying rock water-conducting fracture zone.
