    Fire Prevention and Extinguishing Technology with Three-phase Foam in Fully Mechanized Caving Face of Outburst Mine

    • 摘要: 针对金河煤矿16203-2综采放顶煤工作面自然发火情况,准确判定了发火点,分析了发火原因,阐述了传统防灭火技术在该工作面应用存在的问题及影响因素,通过应用三相泡沫,消除了火灾隐患,保证了矿井安全生产,从三相泡沫应用过程和结果,提出了三相泡沫在突出矿井中防治煤炭自燃的技术经验。

       

      Abstract: Aiming at the spontaneous combustion condition in the 16203-2 Mine fully mechanized caving face of Jinhe Coal Mine, it judged the ignition points accurately, and analyzed the causes of spontaneous combustion. It discussed the existing problems and influencing factors for the application of traditional fire prevention and extinguishing technology in the working face. Through the application of three-phase foam, it eliminated the fire hazard, ensured the safety production of the coal mine. It put forward the technical experiences of preventing coal spontaneous combustion with three-phase foam in outburst coal mines from the application process and result of three-phase foam.
