    王坡煤矿复杂顶板双级双速扩孔技术研究与应用

    Research and application of two-stage and two-speed reaming technology for complex roof in Wangpo Coal Mine

    • 摘要: 针对王坡煤矿复杂顶板高位大直径定向钻孔成孔难的问题,进行了双级双速扩孔技术研究;分析了复杂顶板大直径定向钻孔扩孔施工存在的技术难点,并针对性开发了基于孔口钻机机械能及孔底冲洗液压力能多动力联合的双级双速扩孔技术,并搭配三棱螺旋钻杆实现机械-水力强排渣。煤矿井下实钻试验表明:双级双速扩孔技术装备搭配三棱螺旋钻杆能够在复杂顶板实现孔径120 mm到200 mm一次钻扩成孔,在复杂顶板砂岩层中平均机械效率可达20 m/h左右,大幅降低了常规扩孔施工的工作量,有效避免了局部孔壁坍塌引起憋压、卡钻等情况的出现。

       

      Abstract: Two-stage and two-speed reaming technology was studied to solve the difficulty of pore-forming at high-position and large-diameter directional drilling in Wangpo Coal Mine. This paper analyzed several technical difficulties in construction. A specific two-stage and two-speed hole expansion technology based on the combination of mechanical energy with drilling fluid dynamic potential energy was developed. By matching triangular spiral drill pipes, actual drilling experimental research in coal mine showed that the mentioned technology can achieve once-through drilling for hole diameter from 120 mm to 200 mm, and average mechanical efficiency can be up to 20 m/h in complex sandstone roof. The technical proposed above reduces the workload of conventional hole enlargement construction greatly, avoids the occurrence of pressure holding and stuck drill caused by local hole wall collapse effectively.
