    • 摘要: 傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)检测技术具有检测精度高、扫描速度快、光谱范围宽的特点,可以实现对气体、液体或固体样品的定性和定量分析,已广泛应用于石油化工、环境气体检测等多个行业。分析了FTIR定量分析算法的研究进展及现阶段存在的局限性;以煤矿检测行业为例,探讨了FTIR技术在研究煤化学结构、煤官能团以及气体检测中的应用效果;提出了现阶段制约FTIR技术在煤矿气体检测领域应用面临的主要难题。

       

      Abstract: Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR) detection technology has the characteristics of high detection accuracy, fast scanning speed and wide spectral range, which can realize qualitative and quantitative analysis of gas, liquid or solid samples, and has been widely used in petrochemical, environmental gas testing and many other industries. The paper analyzes the research progress and limitations of FTIR quantitative analysis algorithms at this stage. Taking the industry as an example, the application effect of FTIR technology in the study of coal chemical structure, coal functional groups and gas detection is discussed. Finally, it points out the main problems that restrict the application of FTIR technology in the field of coal mine gas detection.
