    煤矿井下车辆乘人防漏识别读卡基站设计

    Design of card reading base station for vehicle passenger leak proof identification in coal mine

    • 摘要: 针对煤矿井下乘车人员携带标识卡因车辆移动速度过快、车辆外壳屏蔽等原因造成漏识别,车辆乘人超载不能有效管控存在安全隐患等问题,设计了一种读卡基站;对电源输入增加电磁兼容保护,提高设备抗干扰能力,满足煤矿井下电磁兼容设计等级要求;通过超高频RFID模块识别乘车人员信息,用以区分人员在车内或车外;超宽带UWB模块调整输出发射功率,与车内人员和巷道基站进行直接或间接测距,实时统计车辆内载人数量,避免出现漏识别,辅助井下人员精确定位全矿井覆盖。

       

      Abstract: Aiming at the hidden safety problems that identification leakage of cards carried by underground personnel is caused by the excessive movement speed of vehicles and the shielding of vehicle shell and vehicle passenger overload can not be effectively controlled, we design a card reading base station. The electromagnetic compatibility protection is added to the power input to improve the anti-interference ability of the equipment and meet the requirements of electromagnetic compatibility design grade in the underground coal mine. The UHF RFID module is used to identify the information of passengers, to distinguish people in the vehicle or outside the vehicle. The ultra-wideband UWB module adjusts the output transmitting power, conducts direct or indirect ranging with the passengers in the vehicle and the tunnel base station, calculates the number of passengers in the vehicle in real time, avoids the occurrence of leakage identification, and assists to achieve personnel precise positioning of the whole mine coverage.
